Muay Thai Kickboxing is referred to as "The Art of the Eight Weapons" because the hands, shins, elbows, and knees are all used as weapons against your opponent. When you train Kickboxing, you possess the ability to execute strikes using eight points of contact – not just two fists. No competition is not a requirement. In fact the large majority of our students don’t compete whatsoever. They train to get in shape and learn self defense.

I’d been searching online for a place to train jiu jitsu and kickboxing and always felt a little intimidated to start being a complete beginner. The office set me up with my first trial class and were very helpful in answering any of my questions. Professor Wil is extremely knowledgeable and is a great teacher who really takes the time to invest in you. If you aren’t in class you’ll get a text or email which is not something I’ve experienced at other schools who don’t really care once you sign up. The students are second to none in their proficiency and their willingness to help each other. If you want to train Muay Thai coach Jordan is excellent too. Training here has become a part of my life.
