| Are you ready to take your stamina to the next level?
Would you like to have the confidence that comes from knowing that you can outlast your opponent? How would that make you feel? Pretty good I would guess. The kind of stamina you are going to develop from kickboxing is not the same that one develops running on a treadmill. If you want to be able to win a relay race, than by all means run a lot. However, if you want to be able to last during combat, then kickboxing is what you need.
Have you ever wondered why it's hard to be consistent going to the gym?
How mentally engaging is picking up weights and putting them down again or running in place but never getting anywhere?
That's not the way us humans are engineered. Despite our best intentions, eventually we lose steam because it just becomes too monotonous and life gets in the way. Additionally, going to the gym is usually a solitary activity with you interaction.
However, when you are learning a skill that is fun and engaging the fitness comes naturally. And because you enjoy learning the skill you are more likely to keep it up. Lastly, at Training Grounds you are surrounded by people of like mind who have the same goals as you so it's never a solitary endeavor.
